Our expertise in real estate enables the realization of landmark properties such as the CENTRAL BUSINESS TOWER. From conception and financing through to development, marketing, and operation, we are developing this new landmark in cooperation with OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH, ARGE Ed. Züblin AG, and Dobler Metallbau, based on the architectural design by KSP Engel.
